A girl who always wanted to try pottery turned into a woman that finally dared to go for it in December 2023... and she's loving it.

Each piece is an exploration, a dialogue between the clay and my imagination. The quest for authenticity and spontaneity gives me deep satisfaction in creation.

I create tableware or decorative pieces using Saint Amand stoneware or black clay. I try to obtain bright colours, while avoiding high temperatures for ecological reasons.

I mix the raw clay look with colorful glazes, bringing out floating patterns that almost give them movement when fired to 1220°C.

I sometimes add a matt underglaze to complete the design, providing a transition between the shine of the glaze and the exposed raw clay.

Inspired by the suggestions in Yuliya's book, I follow the 5Rs rule: Refuse, Reduce, Reuse, Repurpose and Recycle.

As a family, we've always been keen to act and live in an environmentally-friendly way. Today, as a potter, I do my best to implement new ideas and changes in my workshop to maintain as much sustainability as possible.
